THE SHIELD SEASON 7

Wow, been watching the Shield since it was first shown on Channel 5,
Went out and bought the first series on DVD and have loved it ever since.
Just finished the last episode of season 7 this week and was blown away.
What a finale.
I love the Frantic pace of this show, like some Loco Biz Lat cholo thrash Band,
Vic Mackies Strike team are the best(worst) Cops on TV ever.
Vic(Michael Chiklis) Rules this show, ignore the rubbish turns as the Thing in The Fantastic Four films, His police brutality is totally out of hand and he rules the streets with an iron fist,
Shane(Walton Goggins) his right hand man and in later series his arch enemy, wants to be as badass as Vic, but always ends up digging himself into a world of shit.
A total Redneck peckerwood, check his Cletus VanDamme alias in an early episode(Comedy gold)

The show has never let up for it's whole run, and there's been some great character arcs,
Detective's Dutch Waggonbach, and Claudette Wyms(who went on to become Captain,
And Detective Steve Billings whose part is great and so funny in later seasons.

Can't reccomend this show enough, but really needs to be seen from the very start as there's so many threads that carry on through till right to the end.

MORBID TALES # 6 Metal Fanzine

Just Finished this awesome slab of a Fanzine.
What a great read.
Some awesome interviews with Voivod, The Lamp of Thoth, Darkthrone, Portrait, Pagan Altar Etc.
Realy great design throughout with some great Illustrations from Nagawika, and a bonus Heavy metal cooking fanzine, with Recipes from the featured bands.
Loads of Demo and Album reviews and some Metal record buying guides from Paris, London, Prague and Montreal.
A little pricey, but well worth tracking down when you see the thought and hardwork thats gone into it,
